  “Personal information” is defined as information required by the Company for the provision of services to our customers, such as correct addresses, names, telephone numbers and other information required for subsequent aftercare services, etc. that allows the identification of an individual, and such information shall be collected for the provision of said services.

  The Company shall undertake appropriate management of personal information provided by our customers, and in principle, shall not utilize for its own purposes or provide to a third party, said information, for any purpose other than the purposes of use set forth hereunder.

  In some cases, the Company may use cookies, individual identification numbers, IP addresses, Web beacons, etc. to reference information stored on our customers’ computers, via a web browser, in order to improve the convenience of our website. However, referencing will not be such that individual persons can be identified.
  While information such as date of last access, number of visits, etc. may be included in referenced information, this will only be used in the context of understanding usage status and improving convenience.

  Customers may change or correct personal information by contacting the Company. In such cases, we will conduct checks to determine whether the person requesting changes or corrections is the individual concerned or an agent of said individual, and then implement the changes/corrections within a reasonable period.
